Leslie communicated with me via texts , Paul was my service technician and he found the problem expertly, order the parts and they quickly returned to finish the work. True Professionals in every sense of the word. This is my second time using B&D and I could not be more satisfied. Brad of Brad & Dad is one of the absolute best guys out there in the industry, in my opinion. He and his crew are very professional, detail oriented, and pays close attention to detail. With me being retired military, this is something I picked up on right away. They do not cut corners! They also worked very quickly and efficiently as a team. They got the old unit out and the new unit in and working within a matter of about four hours! He came out last week for a system leak on the AC unit I had in my home.
