I purchased a building recently and the previous owner used BD Mechanical prior so I decided to do the same. They were at my house on time, turned the heat on and flushed the system for a reasonable price. Glad they did, very knowledgeable and helpful. Will work with them again!

Brian is the smartest in the business! He is fair, efficient, and the most knowledgeable person I’ve used for any mechanical work. Highly recommend!

I was having issues with my heat pump freezing up, Brian came out the day I called and was very respectful. He had to order a part in order to do the repair and came back out on his own time to install the part. He didn't charge me labor for the second trip. I'll definitely be calling him again with future issues! - update JAN 18 2019. Called with issues with my central Air, once again he came right out before this big storm that's coming to make sure we wouldn't have any issues. Won't call anyone else!

Brian is super knowledgeable and is a great guy! He has came to my house on hot days and cold days. When he gets the call, he gets the job done. Thank you, Brian for all you do!

B.D. Mechanical is hands down one of the worst outfits I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They quoted a project for us where they were to come out and do a job that I was assured would take no longer than 4-5 hours. They then proceeded to jerk us around for 2 months with empty promises and outright lies. The guy I dealt with, Brian, would regularly promise me he would call me back to schedule a time and then just never call. Calls to him would routinely go unanswered and voicemails ignored. Emails and txts it was the exact same thing, he would just outright ignore us for weeks on end. I finally got to the point where I was pleading with him, literally sending emails at a couple different points saying: "If you don't want to do this project anymore, that's fine but JUST TELL ME!
