We can't say enough good things about Espenshade's. We have called on them to service our furnace, hot water heater and well tank over the 15 years we've lived in our home and every time they came when scheduled, diagnosed the issue, provided options for fixes or replacements and completed any work on time and within the estimate provided. Their techs are courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them.

Edit: only one person came to service the furnace. The response from the company is a joke. The pay within 24 hours was not discussed and was slipped into the poorly written receipt. NOTHING CALLS FOR TRYING TO BRAKE INTO A HOME. Police were contacted. I called last week to get an emergency service done. I was upfront that I needed to be billed. The girl was nice on the phone explained they would bill me and when I received the bill in the mail to call in and pay it. They replaced a part on the furnace everything was great. The next day I get 3 calls from them for payment. The next day I got over 8 calls. Each day I talked to Jamie, but each day the number of phone calls increased. I was dealing with a family emergency and had to block their main number just to stop the constant harassmen

We have used Espenshade’s exclusively for our plumbing emergencies and services. Their technicians are competent and polite. The owners are honest and forthright. Their fees are reasonable. The receptionists and office help are pleasant and personable. We are fortunate to have such a reliable company to deal with water and plumbing issues. Thank you.

Had them out last week after my jet pump well system failed on me. They came out the same day to try and do a quick fix and get me back up and running until they could come back and do a permanent solution the next day. They came back the next day, dug up my well head and extended it above ground. They then installed a new submersible pump and hooked it into my existing system. My technician Evan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. I would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them to anyone who asks.

They installed a water softener at my house, I'm all around very happy with everything. The person I made the appointment with was patient and very friendly. The people that did the installation came right on time, were very friendly, and did the job even quicker than they said. Also the price was as reasonable as I could find! Thanks Espenshade's for the excellent service!! Next time I need something they can do, I won't bother calling anyone else!
