We had our septic tank emptied by Justin. He called when he was on the way, he was very nice and professional and even gave my daughter a poo squishie that she is now obsessed with. Definitely recommended using Walter's. Thank you again!

Shitter was full. Called to schedule a pump. Called back 3 days later to get an emergency pump since our house started backing up. They showed up within an hour and had it clear in 20 mins. Will always call walters! Ill pay the extra fees for great service anytime!

The office staff (Barb) and serviceman (Tony) were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our pump alarm began alarming Saturday morning. When I called Walter’s, I was greeted with respect and the answering service promptly arranged a phone call to Tony. Tony called and I explained the issue. He reassured me that we would be ok if we gently reduced our water consumption until Monday. Barb arranged for Tony to come out Monday afternoon to check things out. He ended up pumping our main tank so that other servicemen could come the next day to evaluate the septic pump. I am extremely pleased with the service that I received thus far. We have used Walter’s for the last 6 years on two properties. Always excellent service!

Got an alarm early Sunday morning. Called Walter's and got a call back assuring us it was not necessarily an emergency and someone would be out Monday. Justin called and said he was on his way. Very calming to speak with him and his initial assessment. Found the problem right away, an unplugged pump in the 3rd tank. Justin pumped all three tanks and said a plumber will be out tomorrow to hard wire the pump to ensure this doesn't happen again. Justin's professionalism and thorough inspection made me feel at ease especially before the holiday. Thank you Justin and Walter's!!!!!
