One star is not even fair! After a year had to call someone else to work on it since they never would return my calls. Man that worked on it said there wasn’t even enough pipe ran down in the well! And now well is running dry and I need a new well! And they didn’t even register the well.

I have tasked this company with drilling two wells for me. One was done 11 years ago and the other was 9 years ago. They do excellent work. They are very nice Christian people and their fee is unbeatable. I would never think about using someone else for my water well needs.

To be honest, it's probably not fair to leave a 1-star review but, since they never showed up and didn't respond to calls, messages or texts, it's the only rating I can give.

Do not use. Customer service is awful. Service techs don’t show up when they are scheduled. No calls to let you know what is going on. Tried to charge me for warranty parts. And had to go a buy my own parts that needed to be replaced.

Terrible customer service. Having to get another well after 2years. Nothing but trouble the entire 2 years and was just a completely bad well put in and a terrible experience. Pump blew out after two years from all the sand. $10,000 gone and now another $15,000 for another company to do it right hopefully. Will never recommend this company.
