Lakes Area Septic and Sludge Operations LLC

I've called this # because they were the ones who supposedly originally installed my system. I began calling 3weeks ago and have never received a call back. I can't drive at this time or I would go by their office. I can't review this company if I can't get an example of their service.

This is one of the most professional and courteous businesses I've ever seen. Our septic system was backing up and he came out first thing in the morning. I've met a lot of hard working men in my life but Mr. Jeff Martindale is by far one the best I've ever dealt with. Thank you so much for your help and getting to us so quickly! I'd recommend them to anybody. It was very nice talking to you Mr. Martindale!

We had a new propane range delivered which had to be installed. The delivery man (from a local big box store) had refused to disconnect the old range (which was a service had paid for). Brian disconnected the old range and installed the new one. He is a GREAT problem solver which ended up being so helpful. I highly recommend Lakes Area Plumbing.

I found them to be not only professional but honest as well. I had a company “pump” my conventional system when I wasn’t home. I knew the lid had collapsed during a demo project and about 2 feet of debris and dirt was at the bottom. Company X assured me that they cleaned all of the material out and charged me as if they did. Soon after I felt something wasn’t right because they were only on location for about 25 mins. My camera did not show anything being “fished” out as I had been told. Lasso showed up and boy was I surprised to see how much dirt, debris, and concrete was in the tank. They had to work for a few hours to get it cleaned out because the materials kept clogging the pumper…Thank you for all your work and honesty. My go-to now!

Called to get my tank pumped, showed up within an hour and a half of me calling and did a great job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Charged $80 less than his competition that kept giving me the run around and never showed. Will definitely use again for any future septic needs.
