B-Safe Lock & Key

My car stopped reading my key fob when I was out running errands. I tried calling a couple other "emergency" locksmiths, but was directed to a call center each time and none returned my call. Frustrated, I worked out a ride home and left my car for the night. The next morning I called B-Safe and Scott answered the call. No call center! He was very accommodating in scheduling and we met at my car later that day. Unfortunately, after trying for almost an hour, Scott couldn't get my car to reprogram a new key. He went back to his shop and grabbed a different computer, while I did some more research on the onternet. About half an hour later we diagnosed the problem as a faulty wheel lock mechanism. I've used Scott for many jobs over the past 40 years and hands down one of the most reliable people I've done business with for lockouts, re-keying my property, changing my code for my home safe and even new key fobs for my vehicles when my kids lose them. He has been availible at the drop of the hat when needed. If you need a locksmith that can get it done with one call and quickly, he is the one I always go to. Extremely happy with my experience with B-Safe! They were recommended to me by another locksmith I called. Scott came out day of and was communicative, kind, and honest all the way through. He put in serious above-and-beyond effort to figure out a tricky lock situation with my old beater of a car while keeping things affordable for me (the amount I was told I’d pay when I first called is the amount I ended up paying at the end!). I’d highly recommend using B-Safe if you find yourself in a pinch!

I would recommend B-Safe a thousand times. They were significantly cheaper than 5 other places I called. I got two new key fobs, including programming, for my 2019 Nissan Rogue. All in, I saved about $300 by going through them. Scott and his brother were very personable and welcoming to my daughters who hung out during the process. Give them a call and tell them what you need. My guess is they'll be less expensive and better quality than what you'll find elsewhere.
