Great installation job done at our home. From my first phone call, to the estimate, the proposal, and finally the install of 2 ductless units, everything was great. Awesome company and the staff are even more awesome. From beginning to end Marianne and Brian did an exceptional job. The install was done such professionalism by all. I have personally used them 3 separate times for HVAC needs and have recommended them to several people. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!!!

I had BAC systems install a new heat pump system in my house. Brian and his team were exceptional. They were thorough, clean, explained everything step by step. The installation was quick and seamless. Highly recommend them.

Brian and Andrew were so incredibly compassionate and responsive to my elderly parents’ need for a new AC system just before the recent heatwave. Their installation team did an Amazing job — they were polite, considerate and very clean! Drop cloths were laid out wherever they walked and they even made sure to vacuum their work area afterwards. Any leftover debris was neatly left behind for sanitation. I am so grateful for BAC’s kindness and incredible service. They were/are a 10 out of 5!! Thank you!!!!!

I used BAC to install central air in my expanded ranch/cape style home. When other companies tried to push split units, the team at BAC listened to what I wanted and used their expertise to get it done. They were fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Everyone from the office staff to the installers was helpful every step of the way. I had to ask them to come back after installation for an adjustment and they responded right away and took care of it. It’s nice to be able to have trust in the professionals you hire. Highly recommend!!
