Backyard Staycations

We just had a custom inground pool installed by Backyard Staycations. Troy, and his team did an exceptional job, and the result far exceeded my expectations. If you are looking to build a custom pool, you really need to check them out. Thank you Troy, Lupe, Jackson, Jessie and BYS - we love it!

Numbers didn't match up between the pitch for the pool closing and the charge. The two that came out to close the pool were great. I was pitched 275 and was charged 438. Was also told they'd call me before they charged my card but didn't. Was never told they have all these add ons to the bill, if they're there more than an hour they charge 200 something an hour, they said they bring the antifreeze but failed to mention it's not included, I knew of 2 of the 3 things that were added for parts which I did expect to get charged for but that was 50 of the difference, plus fuel surcharge. I was thinking the service was a flat rate, was never told it wasn't. They didn't email a receipt so when I showed up to get one and ask about the difference they said our rates have never been that cheap and I

Sales people are very knowledgeable about their products and the prices are reasonable. The only reason I don't give a 5 star is they do not offer pool closing/opening services on above ground pools. I will have to educate myself on the process. Would rather a pool professional do it though.

I needed a special part. I asked for help at the desk and all I got was " its right over there" by both men. I said I wasn't sure, but they just pointed. They said we may or may not have it. I wandered down the aisle but it was hopeless un til a lady came put and said can I help. She took me to the part which was wrapped in paper so I woukd have never found it without help. It's a very nice store, however.
