Backyards of Georgia

This company built my pool as SplashTime pools several years ago and did an excellent job. Since that time they have become Backyards of Georgia. Unfortunately, I have had an issue emerge with a customer-made waterfall that I agreed to have them build as opposed to a more standard waterfall. When the issue emerged it took a long time for the owner to get back to me but he finally came out to look at the issue and promised a quote and time frame for the fix. Since that time he has refused to return more than 25 calls and a number of text messages. I have also left messages at the company line and still no response. Years ago I did recommend them -- today I would stay away from them. They do not act with integrity and simply ignore calls for service. I was a very patient customer -- now I'm
