I am a professional maintenance man, and this is THE PLACE to go in Milwaukee. Mike and the guys really know their stuff, and are always ready with an answer or a solution, whether you're spending big bucks or just a couple. Update: 4 years later, this is still the only place I go. Very experienced, knowledgeable professionals, and very fair pricing.

I asked for 3 duplications of my apartment key. Took 30 seconds, $2.00 ea. for a total of $6.00. The keys worked and the service was good. Much better than going to a Keyme Kiosk, which changes $8.95 PER KEY and they didn't even work in my door.

10 seconds and $2 to duplicate a key that Home Depot couldn't figure out in 30 minutes. Sometimes we need to be reminded that small artisan and trade shops are much better than big chains, and cheaper too.

I very rarely give out one star reviews. After leaving multiple messages and calling several times, I ended up just doing the work myself.
