Company truck shattered my windshield after pulling off the shoulder on Lincoln Sheridan BLVD cutting every one off. Called to see if they are reliable to replace it since they have no signs on the truck saying they aren’t reliable. Upon calling, i was rudely helped. The guy acted like he didn’t care and i said okay my insurance will send you the invoice since your truck did it. He replies with “do what you gotta do, our mudflaps are legal”. stay away from this business if this is how they treat non customers. Even if they weren’t reliable there are many other professional ways to handle this. Stay away from this company if this is how they treat people.

CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!! Sales reps will go out their way to make a sale, will give you all the promises just to get the job. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF THEIR MOUTH AND MAKE SURE TO GET EVERYTHING WRITTEN ON PAPER OR EMAIL. Sales reps are after profits, that is all they care about!! In my case, I was promised to be charged hourly, my job took 5 hours and I was charged 8 hour minimum, plus all the extras, even though sales representative told me its a small job and I will be billed hourly. Seemed like a trustworthy guy, but I was misguided.
