Lemme tell ya, folks...the guys at Bailey's are top-notch! I carry plumbing protection through American Water Resources, so while I was on the phone setting things up, Curtis from Bailey was already calling to let me know when he was going to be there! They were courteous and professional and were in and out of the house in less than 30 minutes! My plumbing needs now belong exclusively to Bailey's! What an outfit!

A very professional team of staff members not to leave out the fact that there BOSS was a calming individual with great patience to explain in details what to expect. When I say Bailey Sewer & Water was spot on with time management and project specific making my scary experience delightful. I have water line insurance from American Water Resources. I had to file a claim yesterday as my drain was clogged. They assigned Baileys Sewer and Water, a company I have never heard of even though I’m only 15 minutes away from their business. They were punctual, arriving at 12:25 when I was quoted 12:00-4:00 time frame. My drain was really clogged apparently and after snaking a couple drains the gentlemen got on the roof too access the drain pipe from their, something I never knew could be done. After some hard snaking they got it unclogged. They were very kind and professional workers. I thought it would be a quick 15-20 min fix but they were there over an hour making sure everything was fixed. I appreciate their promptness and hard work. Thank you and will recommend you to others.

They respond fast if you say American Water I called and left messages and the husband told me to stop calling his wife's cell phone and he'll get back to me when he can How freakin rude was that BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA 😆 🤣 😂
