Terrible customer service. Rigo works like he hates his life. Juan automatically has a big attitude Joel could care less. They ruined my order 2 times and had no return policy over a copper pipes they sent me damaged. They shipped it to me like that and had zero accommodations. Instead they cussed me out and blamed it on me. The worst experience after spending over 15k on A/C units and supply’s. I definitely do not recommend purchasing at this terrible managed company with lousy employees.

I've been doing business here for 5 years it's been a great experience always taking care of my HVAC needs it's become a joy each time I go there, and owe it all to Joel that got me interested.
