Excellent warehouse staff. Recommend Market St and Green Meadows for in/outbound trips. Tight, but manageable! Sleeper not too bad. Setup and adjustments will get you in. Recommend pulling up to far corner and readjust! Use differentials when muddy! Overnight parking!

I called about getting a capacitor to replace on my blower motor. Simple repair, but I was told they only deal with licensed contractors??? Guess you can't fix your own with parts from them.

Great on price, but doesn't follow through on getting your order to you....never in a hurry to get you what you need for your customers. Latest debacle...ordered compressor that should have been on their truck for delivery Wed....no call...no compressor....call Thursday and no one has a clue why it wasn't delivered, but their next delivery would be the following Wednesday....after some insisting on our part that something needed to happen ASAP, they decided to send it out freight, and I would get it tomorrow. It's tomorrow , and I get message from freight to schedule delivery for Monday......Monday!? My customer has no heat and now I can't help them through the weekend and not possibly until Tuesday!!? Called Baker and at this point said there's nothing they can do, but maybe I can go
