I have an oil boiler that went out right before the nasty cold snap this past Sunday. We weathered it out ok, and I called a different hvac company first thing Monday but never heard back. My aunt suggested I call Baker instead, and I’m so glad I did. Mark was incredibly kind and upfront, explaining they were slammed and it might be Wednesday before they could get to me. After the terrible freeze we had, of course that was understandable and I was fine with that. An hour later, he called back and said he actually had a technician on the way that day! Less than 3 hours from initial call to tech arrival. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed the issue and even took the extra time to do a full service so I’d be set for the rest of winter — including calling

Joe Kelly at Baker Heating and A/C did a very thorough job inspecting a heat pump for a buyer client of ours this morning. Joe arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and personal. He certainly performed the inspection confidently and seemed to have great knowledge and experience to complete the task this morning. Even before today, Baker Heating provided a very quick appointment and response time to schedule this appointment soon after we contacted the company. I will recommend them again when given the opportunity.

My tech name Bailey, who was simply awesome. He was very polite, informative, and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company and the price was veryreasonableand affordable. I hate that i was the simple but it was most definitelya pleasure having him here.
