Baker Heating & Air Conditioning

Buyer beware!!! Justin came out to fill freon in newer unit. He was asked to look at the second unit because it was not working at all. He was supposed to come back but never did! I reached out by phone, by text, by carrier pigeon, etc. for well over two months. No answer, no responses, no nothing. DO NOT use Baker Hearing and Cooling if you actually want a reputable company. Too bad because I was trying to use a local company.

Wonderful company to do business with. Baker Heating and Cooling goes out of the way to make sure customers are satisfied and well taken care of. We will use in the future and recommend to others.

Pitiful customer service. Set an appointment for Justin to come service my A/C unit. Not only did he not show up and not call but he won’t return calls or texts. Call someone else.
