The team at Balcom have done an amazing job making sure the units in our building are running in the best shape possible. We’ve had a couple emergency situations and Balcom has always shown up fast and done the job right the first time.

I was really impressed with Balcom Heating and Air. Our heater broke right in the middle of a cold snap. They came out quickly and were able to diagnose that the circuit board was malfunctioning. They ordered and installed a new board in less than 24 hours and we have heat again! Carlos and Alex are great! Highly recommended.

We are so happy with the communication, the service, the price and most of all...our gas furnace heater is fixed! Carlos is awesome! He showed up to fix the AC unit on an 106F degree day after working 12 hours already. He was professional and reasonably priced. My appointment was his last one of the day, but he went above and beyond to troubleshoot my neighbor’s AC issues too. Highly recommend!
