I have never dealt with a more inconsiderate, unprofessional and unreliable company in my entire life! They fail to show up for appointments, there is no way to contact them via phone, as their answering machine is either full or will not take any messages, and they do not care that they do not show up for appointment day after day!!! I had a confirmed appointment with them yesterday morning, which they failed to show up for, and then when I contacted the owner at her home she rescheduled the appointment for this morning, less than 24 hours after we spoke, and again her husband failed to show up for the scheduled appointment. They have ruined day after day after day waiting for them. I had a quote to have the job done from another contractor on Long Island, but I am trying to deal local an
