Best Carpet Cleaning. I've used them for 20 years. However today I received and e-mail to pay bill. I licked link, went through the hassle to look up bank account number and routing number because it would not take credit card. I assumed I went through this hassle to avoid the 3% credit card fee. I figured what the heck they do a good job. Without warning when the receipt printed a $25 convenience fee was applied. Convenience??? What the heck. When I called to complain, the manage said I could have called and used credit card. 3% of my bill would have been $6. The manager staged "What can I do that's Qucik books who applies the fee not Balduffs.. How am I supposed to control Quick Books? No other company using Quick Books invoices charges $25. They guy who cuts my lawn, handy man etc who

They arrived right on time,and were very polite.I had two rooms done plus a small part of a hallway. They did a good job but I still had some concerns. Brandon called me and addressed those concerns. To me that shows a lot of integrity and great customer service. I will definitely call them for all my carpet cleaning needs! Thanks guys!

Excellent customer service. The grout around the tile floor that we had done came out very clean and the carpets that are fairly high traffic turned out very nice. Thanks again.

We just had them put new flooring in our kitchen, dining room, and hallway. The whole process was excellent! Brandon did a great job of measuring it out, working with us on the product we needed, and the install guys were prompt and did an outstanding job! And left the place clean! Highly recommend over the big box companies.
