Firelands Fresh Air Service

We were referred to this company for duct cleaning and we are so glad we went with them. They came out within a day for an estimate and scheduling was just as easy. Very quick respond time to texts or phone calls. They are very knowledgeable about what they are doing and explain everything. They went above and beyond by replacing our air purifier system that was not working correctly with a more efficient filter system. Our house was originally heated with a wood burner before an HVAC was installed. They found evidence of soot damage and buildup in our ducts and furnace. They cleaned it all up and sprayed a coating throughout to seal them. Can’t recommend them enough!!

These guys were awesome! When Cody came for the quote he was very informative of the options and how they would do the cleaning. When they came for the actual service they were very respectful of my home, took off their boots, and cleaned up after themselves everywhere they went. Cody even vacuumed off my whole house fan vent which was not included in the Scope of work. Not that that took a lot of time but it was a little thing that showed he cared. What was most impressive to me was I paid for dryer duct cleaning but after he inspected and tested the airflow, he told me it was not necessary so he took it off my bill. Most places would have done it anyway and never said anything. Lot of respect not just the company but Cody and his values. Highly highly recommend this company!

Bill was amazing from start to finish. We had just bought our first house and not only was he helpful with information regarding the duct work, he explained lots of other things as well. Which being a first time homebuyer was relieving to have someone who was honest and upfront. In the process of house buying, you can always expect to do more than planned and that hit us like a ton of bricks. He was BEYOND flexible, understanding and great to work with. We can now move into a once, air contaminated house, knowing that our vents and ducts are well cleaned and we are breathing only "fresh air" :)

This little guy spent some time trapped in my dryer vent. Firelands Fresh Air Service to the rescue. With their speedy service my vent was cleaned out, a new outside vent cover installed to prevent future problems with winged visitors and this little guy, after checking out the accommodations, was able to exit by way of my back door with just a few ruffled feathers.
