We decided to get rid of the carpet, vinyl and ceramic tile in our living room, dining/kitchen, hall, bathroom and laundry room and go with the glue-down wood planking laminate throughout all those areas. Our pets had destroyed the carpet and we were tired of replacing it. We were looking for something durable that would hide pet hair and dirt. My puppy chewed a hole in my carpet that is only 2 years old. I called the place that installed my carpet and a couple other local places and was told my only option was new carpet. I posted a photo on Facebook and asked for recommendations and someone recommended Steffanni. I called and offered to send photos for a quote, but they sent someone out to look at it in person right away. They scheduled me for the following week and did a fantastic job repairing it!! The gentleman that came out was extremely friendly and even shared some stories about his puppies. The price was also extremely affordable. I saved my $5,000 carpet for about $100. They did a fantastic job today installing carpet and vinyl flooring for us as we update our master bedroom, bathroom and laundry/walk in closet. They were so friendly and easy to communicate with. Both in person and on the phone you can tell that across the board they want to do things as safe as possible in regards to covid. We’ve had them install other flooring for us before and I would recommend them to anyone. It’s been a great experience every time.

This company did an amazing job. They came when they promised, did what they said they would, and the carpet looks great. I was very impressed with how professional they were. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

Had our measurements, Got a quote, sent out the guy to measure, he measured an extra 40 sq ft due to waste! So quote went up $400. Called to ask a few questions, guy was very rude and chuckled at me like I was an idiot! Very very rude and unprofessional!
