I tried to get Baldwin out to bid a job at a new luxury complex that I manage. It took 2 weeks for them to come out and another 2 weeks of calling to be told from their estimator, Sean, "I took a look at it and we're not interested at this time". I let him know it would be nice to have been told that when he took a look instead of avoiding calling me for 2 weeks when I had deadlines to meet. I highly suggest looking for other companies!

Came into contact with one of their work trucks on route 28 on my way into Pittsburgh this morning. Merged into traffic in a three-car-length opening while matching speed, and the truck behind me gets right on my bumper and begins high-beaming me. Further down 28, I watch the SAME EXACT situation play out with another driver, creating another dangerous situation. It really raises the question of what this company's employee atmosphere is. If they have short-tempered, impulsive employees, does it spill over into their customer interaction, or furthermore, does it affect the quality of their work?

The crew was great! The guy who called himself the “boss” was a pushy, loudmouth, who tried to bully his way out of an errors. If that’s the kind of organization you like dealing with, this is your company.
