Totally unreliable and rude - do not hire. My fridge under warranty was called in by the shop I bought it from and the job was assigned to Baldwin. He called me within a day or two on a Tues or Wed and was on his way to look at it but upon explaining the issue he just ordered a part w/o seeing the fridge. He was totally rude to me on the phone and said the part would be here the following week. By the END of the following week (2 weeks w/o a working fridge now) still had not heard from him. We tried calling him & then I contacted the store and they tried calling him about a dozen times and texting w/ no response, despite working with him in the past. Truly a 5-Star experience working with Chad. Professional, Polite, and very obviously Well-Versed in his trade. I'd highly recommend to anyone experiencing appliance issues - it's absolutely worth the phone call.

Do your homework. I contacted Baldwin's Appliance to repair my leaking Whirlpool dishwasher, and Chad was quick to respond. He mentioned the part was under a service notice and shouldn't cost me anything. He was able to repair the appliance in a couple weeks which was ok since we had other construction we were waiting to get completed. However, to my surprise I received an invoice from Chad for the repair. After contacting Whirlpool directly, they confirmed the repair should have been covered. I have concerns about the invoice and question whether Chad was trying to get paid twice for the same job. If that wasn't the case, I'd question his professionalism in dealing with Whirlpool, since I was able to verify the repair should have been free and he was not.

I have had Chad repair a dryer, a stove, and a washer over the last few years. He has been able to get me in on a timely fashion which I greatly appreciate. Great communication and knowledgable on appliances. A repair that would have taken me hours, took him only a few minutes. Worth every penny! I trust his opinion if he tells me the appliance isn't worth fixing and it is time to replace. Grateful to have him as a resource!!

Chad is always prompt and gets the job done. I felt compelled to add a review as we have needed him on many occasions in our house and he has always been great. Will always call him for our appliance repairs first. Thanks Chad!
