Baltimore Ace Hardware

I started out knowing only basics with all of my diy projects. Everything I have learned is from the very knowledgeable staff at this store. They even stop me from buying the things I don't need! I highly recommend the store and staff .

We chose this Ace Hardware location specifically to support a local business during a large home renovation project in Baltimore. Unfortunately, that experience fell far short of expectations. Our licensed contractor was followed continuously throughout the store while shopping for materials. The behavior was obvious, uncomfortable, and completely unwarranted. He ultimately went to Lowe’s, purchased everything needed there, and later returned all items that had previously been bought from Ace. This was a direct outcome of how he was treated in the store. In today’s environment, it is disappointing to see a professional customer made to feel unwelcome or under suspicion—especially one there to spend a significant amount of money. We went up yo the Baltimore Ace Hardware because the Lancaster store didn't have what we were looking for. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful here.

Returned lumber we didn’t use on a project and the girl at the register was not nice at all. Only reason we came here was to support our local community, but will no longer come back.

Nothing but good things to say about Baltimore Ace Hardware. Always helpful, always have what I need. The young folks they have working there were very polite, courteous, and willing to help me find the right chain for my chainsaw. Three things that are huge in my book.
