ECHARD COLLISION REPAIR

Didn't actually have my car repaired here because after I dropped it off at the shop I got a call that they could tow it to the Lancaster location too get it repaired faster which was nice a nice gesture on their part. Long story short the Lancaster location took 2 months to repair my car which would have been fine but I received hardly any updates on my car while it was there and communication was horrible. But everyone at the Baltimore location seemed friendly and responded to my calls. The retired owner even answered a Facebook message I sent which was really nice. Wish they would have fixed my car instead of the Lancaster location. My advice is to stick with the Baltimore location even if repairs take longer. Great recommendations from other locals

Made arrangements they Disregarded. When I called to find out, just had excuses. Haven't actually worked with them. But tried.
