Had Precision Overhead Door instal my doors when I build my new 48x64 shop, they were 12x12 high lift doors. They were prompt and on time to show up to do the work, however they did a very lazy job installing the doors. Both doors won’t stay up when they are put up in the air, we have to use a 12ft 2x4 to keep the door from coming down and they didn’t put the weather stripping on, which left me to finish the job for them. I called after they “completed” the job to let them know what was going on, the lady I spoke with said that they would handle these issues and return to finish. It’s now been over a year and they never called or returned to finish. Now I have 2 doors that won’t stay up in the air without a 2x4 under it and a side that has split weatherstripping because they left it to me

Called Precision yesterday made an appointment for this morning. Team was on time and extremely professional. They came - got right to work, explained everything to me, and the pricing for the fix was affordable. So grateful for the amazing customer service that they provided. Would HIGHLY recommend.

All I can say is "Wow". What a great experience! Other than not knowing exactly when they were scheduled to be here, the technicians went over and above. They diagnosed the problem of the door going up but not coming down, pretty much immediately. The cost to repair was super reasonable AND they greased all of the working parts just because. It was so much quieter when they were done. They also offered to repair one of doors at the cost of the part. We plan to replace the doors in the next 1-2 years and Precision will defiitely get that business!

Shout out to David for the garage door rescue! We called Precision in the afternoon and David came out. He pointed out what the problem was and gave us an estimate to fix. We agreed.
