Purchased wood flooring from Cletus about 5 years ago. They still look great! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Would buy from again.

My wife and I stopped by this afternoon to get some information on luxury vinyl flooring for an upcoming project. The selection was great and prices too. Sindy, out sales associate was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products. She took her time to help us and was an absolute delight to work with. I don't know her co workers name but he too was wonderful. We ended up making a decision to place an order, and my wife and I both agreed that this was the best flooring place we have visited. I recommend Baltimore Flooring for anyone looking for luxury vinyl flooring.

Brian, Kevin and Cindy have been so helpful during our recent kitchen remodel. They are so willing to help and offer recommendations. I will recommend them to everyone. What a great group of people to have the pleasure to deal with.

Make sure you see Cleatus before you go anywhere else! Incredible service, knowledge and pricing. Not sure about the rest of the staff but Cleatus the owner was fantastic. He took the time to understand what we needed, asked the right questions to help us get to the right solution and there was zero pressure. Just a good guy who is passionate about flooring, has fun doing it and after visiting several places no doubt he is a cut above anyone else out there!!!

Great customer service! I placed the order through the phone. The front desk clerk was super friendly. She even let me bring in my dog :)
