Their work is exceptional, but what truly stood out was their willingness to make my vision happen — even when I decided (mid-project!) to add a second island with a more complex design. My experience with Baltimore Granite Direct could not have been better. My wife and I went to browse their selection and my wife found a slab that she loved. She wanted me to order it right away. The salesman recommended that we go home and talk it over. He could have pressured us and signed us right away. They are not about pressure sales. It was awesome! The selection, price, installation, and customer service was absolutely the best. A few weeks after the installation I noticed a small fissure. They were immediately responsive and fixed the fissure perfectly. I can't even see it any more. I sent them an email with a picture, and they responded right away.
