From start to finish, Gerald and Haley made our kitchen update a success!! Their professionalism and expert advice guided us through materials and color selection of quartz countertops and tile backsplash. Gerald's visits to our home to measure, advise, provide suggestions and samples convinced us that Bancroft would be a company we could trust to do the job well. The countertop and tile installers did a great job, were pleasant to work with and left our kitchen clean and tidy as they completed their jobs! We love our updated kitchen and without hesitation will recommend Bancroft to others!

Bancroft saved the day on my kitchen remodel in the OBX. They had everything I needed and went above and beyond to get my kitchen job completed in time for the arrival of my first renters. We interviewed several contractors for the complete demo and remodel of our master bathroom. Bancroft was by far the best communicator, the most reliable, and the most reasonably priced. Throughout the six week process of picking out materials, ordering them, and install, Gerald (manager) and Jimmy (owner) were fantastic! In fact, they were so hands on, that the owner even did the majority of install himself. But what really stuck out to us, was when they ran into more damage to the subfloor than anticipated, they did not take that as an opportunity to charge us more. I am beyond happy with the fabrication and installation of my Dekton solid surface countertop. Some minor timing hiccups were of little concern once the quality of the work and their sincere desire to do a top quality job was realized. Gerald is very helpful and professional giving no nonsense pricing and a reasonable estimate of the process. Jimmy Sr. is an excellent example of an owner that has earned his solid reputation. He was straightforward, honest, and ethical. The installers were timely and efficient in their work. They ensure that they left no mess behind.
