Came right out and knew exactly what was necessary the first time. They had the parts, and were very quick about doing a complete through job. I'd recommend them to everyone. They even serviced my neighbors on the same day. Thank you Bandon Well and Pump.

I had the service manager out to my house because my well wasn’t pumping. He spent two hours out here did nothing did no service they want to charge me $180. He told me my pump needed to be replaced and would not give me a clear estimate on the cost. As a matter of fact, he didn’t even give me one. He wanted me to give him an open check. Then two days later, my water in the well recovered, and my pump started pumping just Fine. I had a dead well not a dead pump. There was no service performed. Just his opinion didn’t even open the well didn’t do. Any checks just told me I needed a new pump.. Be careful with them. Make sure you get a second opinion before you throw your money away.

They came out to our house spent less than 30 minutes and told us our pump needed to be replaced. Charged 187.50 for the service call and no written estimate on anything. Felt like a total rip off. Our pump is still working. Definitely will not go with this company ever again. Don’t recommend either!

Total Rip off , came unprepared did not even look at anything except the display flashing and we told them that we shut the whole system off and on after we woke up to no water, he claimed he reset and they told us we need to have it serviced and came with no supplies on a call, that they did not know what to expect, charged us $12O for 1 min of work and come to discover our system does not need a yearly service so what were they going to do for the $3OO they quoted us to do except take our money and laugh all the way to the bank , Stay away from these people

Thank you for getting my old system back up and running properly with a new pump, motor, plumbing and fixtures. An expert company, very meticulous and if others need work done, people shouldn't hesitate to give your business a call.
