And, as luck would have it, I needed the work done *now*. Dale spent so much time with me on numerous texts and calls as I frantically tried to gather the financial means to make this happen. He was calm, patient and endlessly encouraging. He kept me informed as to when it would be possible to fit my roof in between the numerous projects his company already had waiting in line. On Oct 20th 2025, he informed me Pioneer Roofing could be at my house the following morning, and with his crew, he could have my roof done in two days. Which they accomplished. Dale came out promptly, was very professional, and provided a thorough breakdown of the issues that needed to be addressed, along with photos. His pricing options were fair, and the team was able to complete the repairs within just a few days. I’m very happy with the work and plan to use Pioneer Roofing again next year for a full roof replacement.

He takes great care of his crew( Many have been with him for over 10 years) so his crew is experienced and also professional. They show up on time and put in long hours and get things done right. In and out in 2.5 days to beat the rain, respectful, friendly, left the place cleaner than you found it, fixed my wonky gate latch AND used extra space in dumpster to haul away misc debris from my recent move.
