K2 Land Development did an outstanding job on a piece of property that was a maintenance nightmare. Old trees, brush, ivy were out of control. I appreciate Kevin’s promptness. He and Larry provided feedback on choices that needed to be made. They were mindful of the city power lines and water lines. The park like clearing was very tasteful for neighbors and for maintaining privacy. I am very happy with the work done, the price was right. I would recommend K2 Development to my family and friends.

Kevin and Larry are terrific. I have had K2 Land Development clear gorse on my property on two different occasions. Both times the extent of land cleared far exceeded my expectations, and the quality of their work was outstanding. In particular, they excel in preserving young trees surrounded by gorse, and in enhancing the native habitat in general. They are easy to work with and responsive to preferences and suggestions. We definitely recommend K2 Land Development's gorse removal services. We found Mr. Kent to be professional, and we appreciated that he remained in close communication with us as we weren't able to be on site when the work was done. Ours was a relatively small job, but he still treated it as though it were important.

I purchased a repossessed home that had been empty for 22 months. Needless to say it was overgrown with Gorse, Scotch Bloom and Tussock. Kevin arrived with his skid steer mulcher and in short order had 3 acres of land cleared. Now I understand that he as a mulching head for a mini excavator so that he can reach over a slope to eradicate ever more offensive foliage. I'll have him back to take care of those slopes. I heartily recommend K2 Land Development.

K2LandDevelopment is very professional and effective at cleaning up invasive gorse and scotch broom. The new machinery quickly clears the brush. We would definitely use K2LandDevelopment in the future.
