This review is really about Brett. I connected with him and we talked and he an awesome, down to earth human being. He shared he was in construction, working with Bangerter Homes and you can tell he has a passion for building custom homes. This company looks like they truly care about their craftsmanship and are worth the look. Coming from the real estate space myself, I know how important it is to have the right team when it comes to new construction homes who will take care of your project. Brett embodies that spirit of care and I have no doubt this company delivers at a high level!

Excellent experience working with the Bangerter Team, they just finished a 600 SF home addition for us and it turned out better than I could have ever expected. Kyle our super was excellent. Responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and on top of everything. I’d highly recommend!

Blair Bangerter was recommended by my son in law when we moved to Herriman UT and wanted to complete our basement. Blair is friendly, honest, easy to work with, and very accommodating. His employees and subcontractors were always very polite and prompt. We were looking for dependability, someone who was cost-conscious, detailed oriented with quality assurance, and aware of time management. We got it all with Bangerter Homes. We love our finished basement. Not only did Blair completed the project on time, but it came in just under budget. We definitely recommend him for any of your construction or contractor needs, and would love to have him build us a custom home when we’re ready to move again.
