Modified Flooring

Modified Flooring did the ceramic tile demolition in two large areas of our home in December of 2024. They did a fantastic job for us! They got the work done hours faster than they estimated, their price was excellent, and they left the sub-floor smooth and ready for the installation of the LVP flooring we are replacing the ceramic tile with. I highly recommend Modified Flooring! Also, Robb was excellent at communicating with me leading up to the job, and he followed up to make sure the job met our expectations. He pays close attention to detail, and gave us great suggestions on how to make our installation turn out great!

Modified Floors removed the ceramic tile in our kitchen and did a fantastic job! They were priced great and were super efficient! I'll definitely use them for other projects!

So so impressed with the services from Modified Flooring. Cameron was the team lead. He was very great to talk to and work with. The team was on time. They were very good about telling me what the plan was. They were very quick. It was extremely loud but that is to be expected with tile removal. They cleaned up everything so nicely, way more then what we expected. They were very respectful! They were able to get all of the baseboards off without messing up any of them. Overall so very happy with the work they did. Would highly recommend this company.

Incredible service! I got 6 quotes from different companies and Modified was the best price! The crew was fantastic to work with and so friendly and professional. They left my house cleaner than when they came. There wasn't a scrap left on my driveway when they left. I felt 100% comfortable with all of the guys in my home. I will tell everyone I know about this company and I'll be using them for future projects!

Rob Maxwell of modified floors is fantastic. He is friendly and warm, professional, and super helpful with everything I ask him. I recently had his demo team including Dawson, Conner, and Kason spend an entire day at my home removing tile, and they were WONDERFUL. Easily the best service people I’ve ever had to my home. They were on time, polite, respectful, pleasant, worked hard, worked fast, and did really quality work. For any jobs I have in the future, I want these three boys back every time.
