I have had three plumbers to my house to get estimates on replacing my bathtub which had a structure that was falling from the ceiling and contributing to mold. No one offered a solution, and two never called me back or responded to my emails. This group called me, sent a person out for a visual inspection, and emailed me the next day with ideas and options. They just finished work today, and I feel like I have my own spa. The cree was unobtrusive and polite, and the work is exceptional. I already have plans to have them come back to work on my kitchen. This was a pleasant experience all around. I highly recommend them.

All I can say is WOW! Bangor Bathrooms by Design were fantastic to work with! From the owner to the crew, they were more than accommodating with everything we asked for. We had an apartment vacancy and had a goal of finishing the work within a month. Not only did they finish before the end of the month, they also completed the job with great attention to detail. I was working on site at the same time they were and I never heard one cross word or disagreement between the men on the crew. They worked together seamlessly, helping each other when needed. I'm so thankful we found this contractor! We will certainly be calling them for all our future needs.

EXCELLENT is the best way for me to describe Roger and his crew. They replaced our old shower with a walk-in, and layed new flooring. They also plumbed a spare bedroom so that we could install a stackable washer and dryer. All of this was done in a matter of days and we couldn't be happier. I would recommend Roger and his crew for any bath remodel that you might have.

Roger and his team of Jim and Vic are the epitomy of what you want a contractor to be like. Dependable, professional and pride in their work describes them to a tee. First project was two exterior doors to be installed. Second project was a fence installation. What differentiates these contractors from others is the way they do the projects. They have an incredible work ethic. Doors are installed perfectly. Fence installation was like nothing ever seen before. This project was not completed until everything was done to their standards which is set very high. What sets Roger apart from other contractors is that he wants his customers to be happy and is available at all times to address any questions or concerns.
