Bank St Garage

I got charged on the way in and driving out. Website states the max charge is $13 for 24 hours. I was charged $15 for 4 hours. Never again.

Convenient parking garage for sure. You do have to pay which is annoying considering other cities offer free parking, but the cost was not unreasonable. I mean, with all the shops/eateries around, is it really necessary to charge money to park especially since street parking is limited? This was my first time using the garage and had an issue with the kiosk not reading my ticket. I didn't have Cash, but a passerby helped me. Which goes to my final note - there was no attendant(s) on site to ask for help. A bit of an annoyance.

Sandy Owen was the rudest and ridiculous supervisor I have ever encountered. My parking pass card worked on the way In And for some reason didn't work on the way out. She then had me read my card number off several times and give out my name. I've had that card for two years getting in and out of bank street garage with no issues. She had me wait 10-15 mins with cars lined up behind me to verify which she didn't even do. She had the attendant tell me I need to pay $13! To get out for a lost ticket. Ridiculous! Do not park here if you can avoid it!!!!

Parking cost too much. We went to dinner at Southern Eats. Parking costs were $6plus for a couple of hours, the doors were locked to the garage and we have walk up to the car entrance to retrieve our vehicles and pay at a machine that was slow to except ticket number and credit card transactions.

Wells Fargo bank I visited had a beautiful and clean structure and the tellers was nice, professional, helpful and friendly. Because of that customer satisfaction I am thinking about opening a bank account with them!!! Customers sat satisfaction goes a long way with anyone!!!!
