Rick runs an honest business and stands behind his work. It’s never great to be in the situation where your home requires these types of services but I feel confident that when I call Rick, he will show up on time and as scheduled, be honest with the assessment of what needs to be done, communicate through the process, address any questions/concerns and is clear with any required follow-ups or action plans. He also clearly explains pricing and what’s included. I’ve worked with him two times (requiring a few visits each time) and have had a consistently positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Banner and will work with them again when/if needed.

We reached out to Banner Pest Control because we noticed an uptick in mice activity over the past few weeks, and we knew we needed a long term solution given the winter is near. Rick was wonderful to work with- he was responsive, thorough, flexible, and patient. He answered all of questions and reassured us that his methods would not risk the safety of our two cats and three year old son, which is a concern we had with any potential bait. We also appreciated that we could text, and didn't need to rely on calls given our meeting schedules. I would definitely recommend using Banner!

If you are looking for rodent control without poisons, this is the place to go. Rick was informative and helpful. He checked and made changes outside for possible entry, set up boxes inside to identify if there is a rodent issue and came back twice to check. We are scheduled for a third check. Fortunately, for us, we're goid so far. 😊

This review is long overdue! I’m sorry I didn’t get a chance to write this sooner. Rick was AMAZING! I was frantically calling every exterminator on google the moment I realize I had bees in my house. Rick was the only one who answered me. All the rest of my call were going to voicemails or big box companies. He came the next day and found the nest of wasp on the side of my house. He suited up and removed the nest. He is very knowledgeable about bees and pest. He also looked around my house and gave a few suggestions on how mice could get in my house. He took the time to follow up a few days afterwards to confirm if everything was okay, which it was. I highly recommend Rick’s services for any pest issues!
