Called the company on 5/25 to see if they could service my generator. I was told on the phone they don’t know when they could get out, which I understand. Just got a bill for $75 that they came out and that I didn’t contact them to cancel when I never had a scheduled appointment. It would be nice to be contacted that someone was coming out. Not professional at all!
Highly recommend! I called them and they showed up and repaired my generator quick!
