Barbour-Pourron Plumbing Services

The job was very small, connecting a laundry sink. After getting ridiculous quotes from handymen, I contacted Barbour-Pourron who had done some work years ago for which I remembered they were much more reasonably priced then others I called. Travis arrived during the scheduled window, called me prior and fixed the issue quickly, even upgrading some of the parts. I was very satisfied and will use them again and would also recommend them.

I recommend that the plumber that was sent by Barbour-Pourron, Mr. Daniel Lytle, receive a raise or a bonus. He was super professional, pleasant and very diligent in solving an issue with my water heater. He spent hours at my house and at my neighbor’s house going above and beyond his scope of duty. I had back surgery nearly 20 years ago and soaking in hot water provides relief — and after purchasing this house, this was something that I was not able to do due to issues with my hot water. Mr. Lytle has helped to make a huge difference in my life!

We had a great experience with Barbour-Pourron Plumbing! We had an emergency issue after hours and they were the plumbers listed by our contractor when our home was built 5yrs ago….so that’s who I called. We spoke with someone right away after hours! He let me know he couldn’t be there for another hour but kept in contact until he arrived and gave me some pointers/things to do before he arrived to prevent the leak from getting any worse. He was at our home for about an 1.5 hrs and was able to fix the issue! Had to cut through some dry wall but kept everything relatively clean. He let me know the “emergency price” before he came which was absolutely reasonable and when he was done the price was the same! Thank you for helping us!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Wish there was an option for 0 stars. My contractor building our house had Barbour & Pourron install my showers in our new build. Showers were installed in Jan 2019. Fast forward Aug. 2023 my shower floor is cracked in 2 places. Called talked to Candice, she first told me that they had never worked with my builder. When I gave her the address she said it was before she started working there and that my shower was under manufacture warranty. She would schedule to send a tech out the following Monday to take pics and start the warranty process. She called me 35 mins later and said that it only had a 2 year warranty. I called her back she gave the manufacture, I called the manufacture they told me that the shower has a lifetime warranty.

If I could give less than 1 star, I absolutely would. Candis is non-responsive to phone calls or emails. There is a warranty issue at my newly built home and they refuse to fix the issue. Unless you have no other option (like a new build warranty issue) I recommend you look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.
