Absolutely the best model of customer service in north Texas. I had a problem that could’ve ended in catastrophic failure of the well feeding water to my home. I explained my worries and they not only walked me thru actions on the phone and came out asap to help. They were so kind to my wife and so respectful to my home. It doesn’t get any better.

Nothing but good things to say about BARCO. They replaced my pump and corrected their estimate that saved me some money cause my well wasn’t as deep. I thought it was. I made a couple rookie mistakes at the beginning.Their lead technician Brad Myrick has shown great customer service towards any questions I’ve had.

Barco Well Service has been around forever, and did a fantastic job. Final bill was less than expected and service was great. Installation team was very respectful saying yes/sir and no/sir the whole time. In these days, that is very impressive and respectful. Thank You.

Barco Well Service is a great company to deal with. They pulled our well last December. Everything went great. We had a pressure problem so we called. Justin came out in less than 2 hours! Who does that anymore?? He checked everything out and all with the well was okay. He even checked with our renter to see if there were any other problems. We do have a plumbing issue but not a well problem. Couldn't ask for quicker or better service. Thank you Justin, Mason, and the rest of the team.
