Great store usually just super bummed about my experience. NO WHERE does it say no returns/exchanges of plants. I purchsed them less than 24hrs ago, come on. Even the receipt says "no hassle return policy your receipt ensures it" also says "sales over 60 days, paint, per equip & clearance are final." Just blows my mind all this information but nothing about the no return policy on plants. You should think about updated your receipts or maybe mention it to those buying plants maybe at the register. Just a thought. Also the registering of STIHL product couldn't be done yesterday in store I was told I could do it online and that is not fact.

My 3 year old had a plant named “Choo choo” I went on vacation and came back to a VERY unwell plant… Well choo choo was beyond saving and my toddler was in tears about his friend… obviously I had to get a new one right? Well I called up there before hand and explained the situation and was told “bring the plant with you and just come see the cashiers when you get here, we got you” Man oh man, we showed up and the “plant doctor” was quick to come to our rescue. She spoke so sweetly to my son, and helped him understand that we just needed a replacement “choo choo” They went absolutely above and beyond with helping in the sweetest way for my boy and his little plant. We love you Ace Hardware or as my kiddo calls it “the popcorn store” Thank y’all so much for your kindness and for 100%

Been here multiple times, for items needed, or propane. People are great and accommodating. Only thing I wish is they weight the tanks for propane, and charge you for what they put in, and not a flat charge for what your tank size is no matter how much propane is in the tank.

Always a helpful team from my experience! They also communicate very well at this location! (Justin)… I also enjoy the crew in New Boston, TX!

The Ace hardware in Justin delivers “ Small town” assistance and courtesy. Both Terri and Charissa were so helpful and knowledgeable. They both went the extra mile to help me find what I needed for my projects
