I initially called Christmas Air & Plumbing to have my tankless water heater descaled (which is recommended annually). From the start, the communication was excellent. I received a photo of my technician, David M, along with an estimated time of arrival and a real time tracking link so I could see exactly where he was. That level of transparency really was helpful! David arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and came fully prepared to get the job done. While he was there, I asked if he could take a look at my slow-draining bathroom sink… something I had tried fixing myself multiple times with no success.
