The property I'm renting to a relative suddenly stopped supplying heat one cold morning. John replied within hours and had a great tech, Reno, diagnose the problem. Though he could not fix it completely that day, he was able to get heat working until he returned a few days later with new parts. Reno and John were fantastic through the whole ordeal. Kudos to Duke as well for taking my calls over the weekend as a water main break in town complicated matters even further. This company will help you any way they can when you need it most.
