We contacted Massimo when our furnace went and he made himself available to check out the problem nearly immediately. He walked us through every step of purchasing a new unit. He was informative, professional, reasonably priced and his staff were amazing. Massimo and his crew made having no heat in December bearable. I certainly would recommend their service!

Heat was out at 6:30 am on the coldest day of the year. Massimo’s had a tech here by 8:30 with a temporary fix so we had heat, the returned promptly with the correct part to complete the repair. I would add, at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them
