My home inspector said my roof needed a few minor repairs, echoing the listing description that boasted many years left on these shingles. They couldn’t have been more wrong. The roof was in such bad shape that almost all the plywood needed to be replaced. Frank from Hira Roofing sent me an estimate before the end of the day and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. He pointed out a few trees that were likely the culprit for the premature roof degradation and said, “Hey, I have a guy coming to my house next week to take down a few of my trees. Frank and Nick were fantastic to work with. From the very first call I made just to inquire about getting a quote, Frank responded quickly and was here in a day. He walked the roof and surveyed it and suggested I call my insurance company because I had wind damage. Frank and Nick followed up with me and came and met 2 different adjusters here.
