Unresponsive/impossible to get ahold of. Well services are an important service in my area. Shameful not to atleast return a call so someone can move on to another company. If your to busy that’s fine but the lack of return calls is embarrassing
Alan was amazing to work with! Not only did he treat our water, but he also explained to us in detail how our well system works (as we are new to well water). Alan made sure we understood everything along the way. Would recommend him to anyone looking for help!
Unreliable. First rescheduled appointment one hour before he was supposed to arrive. He then refused the job because the depth was deeper than expected and he doesn't have a backhoe to dig.
They replaced my discontinued well tank with a new one and a nice warranty
