Barlow Air

I had a great experience with Erik Barlow and Barlow Air. I needed a split-unit HVAC unit replaced in an apartment. Someone came out the same day and gave an estimate the same day. They received the equipment quickly, showed up as agreed, and maintained contact throughout the process. Answered all of my questions. I found it especially helpful that they have a customer portal online which makes it very easy to arrange payments and get documentation. Erik (owner) was personally installed the new unit. Very happy with the finished product and the price paid - which I felt was fair and competitive.

Came out when said they would. Found the problem in a few minutes. Had item to fix problem described what the problem was and what to look for in the future. Courteous and didn't think I had stupid questions. Will use in the future do recommended.

They were very knowledgeable friendly and cheap. I'm gonna use them again
