Our experience with Barlow Service Experts was excellent!!! We had a bad installation from another company that was causing our furnace to rust out over and over again. I talked with the owner and he was very reassuring that they could fix the issue. They sent out their top technicians to figure out the best path forward since my situation was a difficult one (Tagg, Manuel, Conner, and Calvin)They were knowledgeable and knew exactly how to fix the issue. They sent out Daniel and Manuel the next day to install the system, and they did a fantastic job. They cleaned up nicely and were even able to help me program my phone to the new system. Conner and Calvin were excellent service technicians. Showed up on time, let me know when they were on their way and made sure to cover shoes when entering my house to keep the carpets clean. They took the time to explain what they were doing on my furnace and all the information I needed to know about the filters needed for my furnace. Great business to work with, highly recommend.

Sophia did an excellent job tuning up my furnace. She was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain what she was doing and why it mattered.
