ey came out to check out the 3 years old heat pump. Changed $160 for service call, saying that nothing was bad. Heat pump stopped work 1 hr after he left. Call again they said it would be 4 days before they could return. Call B&W heating and cooling. Checked out heat pump and said capacitor was failing. Changed it out with new capacitor and been working perfectly for over a week. All good. If you want reliable and honest service, don’t call Barrett!! We are seniors and I feel that they were trying to take advantage of our lack of knowledge. They will rip you off !!!

Technicians are knowledgeable, work is top notch, would not go anywhere else in the area for my heating and cooling needs. 10/10 would recommend to Barrett to everyone I know.

Ethan was prompt and very professional. He explained everything so we understood what was in need of repair and more importantly what was not needingrepair. Highly recommend him and Barrett.

Our mom's furnace quit recently after hours. Barrett's were notified and at the house within the hour. Due to the age of the unit and cost of repairs the decision was made to replace it. They were able to pick up the new unit, mobilize and install the next day, which was Christmas Eve! We wanted to extend our gratitude for their responsiveness and efficiency on completing the work. They continue to be our go to company for all of our HVAC needs.

Power went out in our area; our Barrett installed backup generator did not turn on, likely a new battery needed. Barrett came out in about one hour, replaced the battery, checked out the generator, and we were up and running. A wonderful response on a cold day.
